Tech @ Your Door is currently a one man operation. David Jackman grew up in Galena, Illinois. He has been working on computers for as long as he can remember and has always enjoyed every aspect of them.
He has worked professionally in the Dubuque area for a national computer repair company since August of 2003 but wanted to be able to be his own boss, have more control over helping people, and to be able to charge a reasonable price. So in August of 2008 he started Tech @ Your Door with the hope of becoming Dubuque's best computer repair company. With his passion for helping people and providing easy to understand solutions he feels his company will do well.
In his free time David currently volunteers for the Dubuque Chamber of Commerce in their "Chamber Awareness" committee. David has also enjoyed performing in local community theater at the Bell Tower and Grand Opera House. Unfortunately with the new business the amount of free time has been cut drastically.
David has placed first in state competitions and in the top 5% in national competitions for computer repair during his college years.
